The children had a fabulous time watching clown Eckie's Show! We handed over a cheque for 50,000 Baht!  Clown Eckie said he was "Left Speechless"! Some of the Year 1 children also helped Clown Eckie load his van full of all the donations for The Gift of Happiness. Clown Eckie was so grateful and has updated his website and written about Charter International School. As part of our Topic 'The Circus is Coming to Town' the children have been learning about clowns. They have watched video clips of real clowns, discussing the acts and explaining how it makes them feel. They have had a wonderful time working together exploring the face paints and copying the designs children have created for their clown faces. Some children have dressed up as clowns and practiced different circus skills.
